El Ryokan Hostel K's House ocupa un edificio de 100 años de antigüedad declarado bien cultural tangible situado en Shizuoka, a 7 minutos a pie de la estación de trenes JR Ito. The Hostel was super clean. I loved the Onsen you could use, there is a public one as well as private ones. The staff was so helpful and friendly and had some amazing tips on what to see.

Well - The food was great - mostly fish - which my wife loved. This is traditional Japanese room - so you sleep on the floor. The Staff was nice - but had limited English. They were good at using Google Translate - so there was no issues.

He cares about our comfort and has a genuine curiosity about the guests. I felt like at home. Really cozy and comfortable stay. 100% recommended!

Incredible place to stay. I spent two nights here, enjoying the local scenery and had the pleasure of eating some great food (which was an amazing set of back-to-back courses). I'd highly recommend it for people wanting to hike from Magome to Tsumago as the hosts were kind enough to drop us off at our start point via their bus.

From the pick up at the train station to the final drop off at the train station, the two nights and three days were the highlight of our two week trip to Japan. In particular, the lady who brought the food and beverage service to the room was very touching in her seriousness and professionalism.The receptionist is also warm and friendly, very patient and explain one by one.
