I want to particularly mention the restaurant staff who fully catered to our needs. Notable among them is Sous Chef Christos, who personally attended to our needs and allergies. Christos is a person for whom words are not enough to express his kindness. He is courteous, collaborative, cheerful, and always present! Thanks to his constant help, we were able to have a worry-free vacation. Thank you, Christos! Also, the dining room staff Giannis and Giorgios were incredibly helpful and courteous, always at our service! Bra beliggenhet. Super service, men jeg kom litt sent til å bruke fasilitetene. Restauranten stengte da jeg kom (fordi jeg kom sent på kvelden) og bassenget var stengt for vinteren. Sengen var litt hard, men jeg fikk badekar på rommet og det satt jeg veldig stor pris på. Frokosten var også overraskende god med mye utvalg!

Bassengområdene (det er mange!) er fantastiske, badelandet var kjempegøy for hele familien! Reiste med 2 barn på 4 og 5, de elsket det! God is, og slush. Godt matutvalg. Prøvde snackbaren i badelandet og buffetrestauranten. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige.

we loved everything about this lovely hotel, from the moment we arrived, and greeted by and given a tour by the even lovelier Sofia, to when sadly had to say our goodbyes to all the wonderful staff. such an elegantly designed hotel, attentive and big hearted helpful employees on a beautiful spot on one of the best islands on the planet! love Crete and now have a favourite hotel that I will certainly be visiting again!

Everything!!!😍 To be honest places like this are over our budget,so we saved money for this trip for a while and was a bit concerned if we choose a good accomodation to put our trust in because we did not know the place. But booking this place was the best choice we could make! The hotel itself is really new,clear and elegant from the inside and outside as well. There are many pools so you do not feel the crowd (sometimes we were alone in a whole pool). The beach is literally just around the corner so we were able to spend our whole day there while our room was just few steps away from it. At the beach there were king size beds with baldachin and sunbeds too. There were a toilet and a beach bar nearby to fulfill all of yours needs! Our room was small but it was perfect for us (2 people) and it was well-equipped, we had everything we needed. There was fresh bottled water provided daily and the cleaning ladies did a perfect job! Despite the fact we brought lots of sands in they made our room perfectly clean every single day, huge thank you for them from here as well! Also the rest of the staff were extremly kind,helpful, cheerful and just made our days always :) Thank you as well, I hope my words get back to you,because you are doing an amazing job! We also tried massage here. The hotel provides you a 10 minute free massage and we also add some extra minutes. It was also amazing, we felt incredibly relaxed and calm after it. I definitely recommend you to try it once you are there. We also recieved one romantic dinner next to the beach in the hotel's fine dining restaurant from the hotel. It was an amazing night with a perfect view and incredible dishes! And in the end I would like to emphasize the amazing quality and quantity of food! Everything was freshly made, we had lots of choices and our favourites could be found every day but they also add new dishes to the breakfast and dinner too, so you just could not get bored of it!
