This is a fantastic accommodation in a quiet place. Iliana, the owner is a unique person. She is very helpful. We had an appartment on the highest floor and I had a backpain. Seems to be incompatible. In most hotels without a lift, it would be the case. But not at Iliana´s place! She did not hesitate a moment to bring our luggage upstairs and the day of departure, she was again there to help. She also prepares any food one wishes, and it was very tasty. Even though she was always busy, Iliana never lost her patience and listened carefully to my "broken" Bulgarian. To cut a long story short, it is worth to stay at Iliana´s place just to get to know her!

Very quiet, surrounded by pine forest and stunning view to the mountains. Close to town if you want to do some shopping, wonderful trendy small shops at Velingrad Main Street (10 min by car or taxi). Facilities are great, spa complex have physio as well. Water is great at 33 degrees in the pool, lovely for short break to recharge the batteries.
