The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. She gave me a map of interesting sights and good places to eat at and was ready to answer any of my questions. I booked a 4 bed dorm and was placed into a 3 bed one, which I see as an upgrade. The hostel is very small, which is nice, as it is not too noisy. You can use the shared kitchen any time. There are croissants, cookies, cereal, milk, eggs, pasta and red sauce. You can eat whatever and whenever you like. Location is great, 10 minute walk to the main cathedral. Air conditioning worked no problem, same goes for WiFi. You are provided with a free towel, soap and shampoo. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom.

I loved the aesthetic of the hostel. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the receptionists were all very accommodating! The hostel is centrally located between the main train station and the main tourist attractions that Florence has to offer.
