Walkable distance from Formosa Boulevard or City Hall MRT station. Liu He night market is about 3 minutes walk away. Very convenient and two stops away from Si Zhi Wan station which is the main station connecting to majority of Kaohsiung tourists place.

Offering a fitness centre and free bikes, FX INN Kaohsiung Zhonghua Road Branch is located in Kaohsiung. Free WiFi access is available. The staff was friendly and tried their best to assist us in English, at some point my friend and I needed an iron and it was provided. The twin-room was cozy, beds comfortable and room was clean. We didn’t eat breakfast so we can’t leave a review on food.

Located in downtown Kaohsiung, Kindness Hotel – Hanshen is situated a 4-minute drive from Liu He Night Market and a 5-minute drive from Central Park MRT Station. It offers free Wi-Fi access. This is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. It's clearly an older space they have renovated but they've done a great job with updating it to be clean and comfortable. The sound proofing is good as well, I was here on NYE and there were no issues with sound. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It's very easy to walk from the red line, lots of shopping/bars/activities nearby.
