The property is wonderful, very nice location and well maintained. They had issue with the internet when I arrived but no biggie. They had delicious almost organic breakfast, must try if you stay at the property. The olives, olive oil, oranges and home made jam made by the missus.

The hotel is completely renovated and very modern and relaxing. We received a much better room than we booked with a beautiful view of the pool. The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood by the coast, where there are wonderful walking paths to the city, which is a few minutes away by car. All the staff in the hotel is very very friendly, but we enjoyed our breakfasts the most, which are a real treat in this hotel, tasty and visually beautiful. We will definitely return to the hotel and highly recommend it, as it is very reasonably priced for what it offers.
Located west of Chania, this hotel is on the route to Agia Marina-Platanias and is only 130 ft from the magnificent sandy beaches of Glaros and Agii Apostoli.

I travelled alone. I'd never been here before. I liked that it wasn't over commercialised. Weather was amazing (October) There was everything that was needed at this resort. I.e. supermarkets. Lots of tavernas/eating places to pick from, I.e Farmers House, Golden Bay Hotel restaurant with stunning sunset views. 4 local beaches. An excursions train.. Good, regular bus service into Chania (21) Was literally, end of season, so tourists were clearly abit sparce, but not any of the hospitality in the restaurants. All accessible to the locality of this resort. I was happy with my choice of resort.

Close enough to Chania that we could drive in 20 minutes, quiet area and family friendly. The nearby beaches make this a great location to stop and rest and plan the remaining trip around the island particularly if you are visiting the west coast and central Crete.

Great area close t the city.
Great area close t the city. A great mix if you want the beach not to crowded and small but at the same time close to the ngihtlife of the Chania.
The 3 beaches are close to each other and a bit different between each other, so each of them is kind of particular. The beach is sandy and the water is transparent. One of the best we found on the island.

The various beaches are all very clean with enough space for those who don’t want a sun bed. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s a 4Km walk along the coast to Chania. Busses also run frequently into town.
Extremely nice place to stay in!
The host, the desk lady and the cleaning lady - they all was amazing!
Fresh fruits and vegetables in the host room,
private parking - you can always find a place for your car,
Clean and cozy.
Great location - very close to the beaches and to Chania.
We were provided even with an umbrella!
The host gave us a small traditional farewell present.
If I would choose the hotel for my next visit to Crete? - definitely YES!
Thank you, Ilona Apartments! :)

Elina and Kalina (travellers from Sofia)
Excellent location, very close to THREE wonderful beaches and 15 min bus ride in to Chania city. Not even worth taking a taxi because it was so convineint taking the bus. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, the room we stayed at was ok, nothing exciting. The breakfast was good, I wish there were a few more savory options instead of all the sweets there were. All in all, great vacation! The neighbourhood also felt safe and there were many great restaurants nearby so there was no need going to Chania every evening.
Epas from the hotel contacted us 1 day ahead of arrival. He greeted us himself at arrival. He was very helpful with advice about restaurants and places to see.
Breakfast was excellent. Epas served breakfast himself everyday. Lots of choices.
One day we went to Samaria Gorge and was leaving early so Epas made us a breakfast package.
I have stayed at many hotels but this was both very personal and great service through our entire stay. Would definitely stay there again if we are going to Crete. Highly recommended
Breakfast was fantastic, great selection and was cooked fresh to order. The location was great. It’s close to some beautiful beaches and Chania is a short taxi ride (€12) or easily accessible by bus which comes every 30 mins or so. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was gorgeous. This hotel is newly opened and everything is immaculate. It’s a small but beautiful hotel.
Vera and Giorgos are great hosts, always available for anything you may need! The appartement hotel is in a really great location: everything you need at 5mn walking distance (nice beach, restaurants, shops, main roads to other locations...) The area is really quiet, a wonderful sunset from our balcony every evening, nice pool area. A perfect place to visit a piece of Crete!
The hotel was very clean and the pool bar area was very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and had a lovely balcony. The breakfast was incredible! The bar staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave some great suggestions on places to visit and restaurants try. Special thanks to Sofia, Ramona and Sergio who were amazing :)
Wonderful appartment! Clean, spacious, modern. George is friendly, generous with his guests and always willing to assist and counsel. A perfect place from which to explore Chania and the West of Crete. The area has restaurants and facilities close by for those days/nights in which one wishes to stay in the area.
The pool, apartment and facilities were all excellent. The host and all the staff were just ‘first class’, helpful, friendly, go out of their way to make everyone’s holiday a first class experience. if ever I was back in Crete I would love to stay at Theo’s apartments, a real gem that’s so special.
Our room was very nice and had all the necessary amenities, bathroom was very modern and nicely designed. There is also a balcony, so at night one can enjoy a nice sunset. the beach is only half a minute from the hotel and there is also a parking place and swimming pool with a shower.
The host was very friendly and gladly gave us 15 min presentation about all Crete and what to visit with great tips. Neighboring restaurant Talos is the greatest in town. Definately check it. And we could use washing service which we really needed ;) (4eur) Nice beaches nearby.
Appartment is located in a quiet street, has 3 balconies and is fully equipped including air condition in bedrooms. 2 min walk to local beach, Bus stop to Chania around the corner. Perfect location for trips around Western Crete. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.
Price-quality ratio - really good! Nice owners, very good communication in English. Helpfull with car-rent.
Apartaments quality - good enough. If you want to visit Crete to meet the sea/mountains/traveling around and you are not the Queen- it may be for you.
The hotel was amazing! The breakfast was super tasty and the rooms were spacious and very nice. The view from the balcony was just breathtaking and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were also super amazing and accommodating!
Beautiful property about 15 min drive away from Old Town Chania. Staff was very hospitable. Rooms were clean and serviced 2x daily. We had the Wellness Suite in the “Quiet Area” of the hotel and it was nice.
