Clean and cosy with a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom available. Easy to get here even with the local bus and there's parking available as well. Excellent place for starting a hike. I definitely recommend to stay here.

First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.

You wake up and go to bed watching the constantly changing sky and the ocean. The bed is large and very comfortable, which is a massive bonus. There is a lush natural swimming pool with a tapas restaurant nearby, where we swam and ate every day. Great place and I would definitely come back. Love Pico Island.

Situated in Madalena, PIX Apartments provides accommodation with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. There is a seating and a dining area in all units. Lovely apartment, two bedrooms and 2 good sized bathrooms, had everything you need. Very good value compared to other accomodation on the island.

Comfortable bed and pillows—nice sheets. Well equipped kitchen—everything worked perfectly and liked brand new. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were a treat!

Alma do Pico - Nature Residence has an outdoor swimming pool with stunning views over Faial Island and the surroundings. The unit is in Pico Island and has views over the famed Pico Mountain. Silence, nature, fresh air, a cozy house. Federica and Ines are great hosts of a wonderful eco-hotel located very near to Madalena.
